I never cease to be amazed at the professionalism with which you execute a
construction project. By the time the laser guided machinery had laid in the
building pad, the footings and foundations were being placed, and so it went
in uninterrupted fashion until the final paint strokes were applied to the building
sign.
Workmanship was excellent, the fast schedules were met, and the few problems
encountered were solved rapidly and straightforward.

The Greens Road Apartments were in fact completed ahead of schedule and under
budget. The early completion enabled us to initiate our leasing effort during
the peak summer leasing period resulting in an extremely short lease up time.
The Architect conducted the final construction inspection during mid September,
and 100% of the units were leased by the end of September!
