Our commitment to the environment is demonstrated on every project. Our goal is to greatly reduce erosion and pollution attributed to construction activity and the transportation of construction materials to and from all of our jobsites.

Green Mission Statement:

Sustainability is meeting today's needs without jeopardizing the ability for future generations to meet their needs. We make decisions that preserve our natural resources and promote the health of people and wildlife. We engage ourselves in the restoration and preservation of our earth and atmosphere by becoming directly involved in decisions that impact humanity and the planet as they pertain to construction. We invest our time and effort to influence and educate our subcontractors and employees on innovative and green techniques that deliver quality projects.

LEED:

We have LEED Accredited Professionals and Green Advantage Certified Practitioners that deliver high quality project documentation for LEED Certification. Our green building site control measures and quality control measures ensure general contractor, subcontractor, and vendor compliance with project green initiatives.

Collaboration and Integration:

CSI encourages collaboration and brainstorming as new ideas meet common practices in the construction industry. We commonly bring everyone to the table to challenge and implement goals for our projects to ensure we have a plan that works for the owner and everyone that is impacted by our construction related decisions.

Safety:

Our goal is to provide our employees, subcontractors and all project personnel with the safest work environment possible. We adhere to all OSHA standards and guidelines and require continuing education for the development of our personnel as well as our company’s commitment to job site safety and compliance. Our continued efforts have allowed us to consistently maintain a low insurance experience modifier rate.
